Employee fractures foot when a 2,700 pound battery falls on

At 1:45 p.m. on June 11, 2017, Employee #1 was changing a forklift battery. Employee #1 did not seat the hook properly when lifting the 2,700 pound battery into the air. The battery fell to the ground, striking the right foot of Employee #1 and fracturing the right foot and toes.
