At 8:30 p.m. on May 5, 2017, Employee #1 was driving a powered industrial truck between a scrap container and another powered industrial truck. The employee placed his hand on the scrap container as he drove by. His hand became pinned between the two, and the employee sustained a laceration to the palm of his hand, from the index finger base to the heel of his palm. Employee #1 was hospitalized for his injury.
