Employee is splashed by corrosive cleaner and suffers second

At 3:30 a.m. on March 23, 2017, an employee was working as part of a sanitation crew at a food company, and was carrying a bucket of diluted Foam Klor, a cleaning solution, to the company's kettle room. The employee bumped into some pallets which caused the cleaning solution to splash from the bucket and onto his lower left leg and forearm.
