Employee struck by falling window cover, incurs concussion

At 8:00 p.m., Employee #1, employed by a municipal transportation agency, was at a cable car turnaround, waiting for her cable car to be loaded. She was standing outside a shack, in front of an open window and below the window's wooden cover, which extended out and above her head. The window cover collapsed and struck Employee #1. Emergency services were called, and Employee #1 was transported to the hospital. She was treated for a concussion and a small hematoma to the top of her head.
