Employee falls from ladder and is killed

At 7:30 a.m. on July 27, 2016, an employee was working on a six foot ladder outside the employers warehouse. The employee fell off the ladder while removing an electrical cable and struck the pavement and retaining wall. The employee was killed from the injury.
