Employee is killed in fall from roof truss

At approximately 2:30 p.m. on November 7, 2014, an employee was allegedly installing a bolt on a roof anchor which had allegedly been previously attached to a roof truss prior to being installed. The employee was located in the trusses themselves. The roof had already been sheathed. The employee fell from within the roof trusses, through the residence's stairway opening landing on the concrete basement floor located approximately 27 feet below. The employee was killed.
