Employee is electrocuted while changing light fixture

At approximately 1:30 p.m. on July 27, 2014, Employee #1 was changing out emergency lights to new LED fixtures. He was found unresponsive lying on the floor next to his work ladder. Employee #1 was hospitalized and died of electrocution.
