Employee is pinned between equipment and is killed

At 2:30 p.m. on February 4, 2014, an employee was repairing a gearbox on an overhead crane from a Genie S-60 boom lift, so that he could finish assembling the gear box. A coworker left the work area to retrieve additional bolts needed by the employee. When the coworker returned, he found the employee pinned between the controls of the aerial lift and the I beam of the overhead crane. The employee was slumped over and unresponsive. The employee was killed.
