Employee is struck and killed by truck

At 12:45 p.m. on January 9, 2014, an employee was walking to break when a coworker backed up their personal pick-up truck to a closed roll-up door. The truck accelerator stuck and the truck crashed through the door, went through the building, and struck the employee approximately 50 feet insuide the structure. The employee suffered multiple fractures and was killed.
