Employee crushed when vehicle rolls over and is killed

At approximately 4:45 p.m. on January 14, 2013, Employee #1 was operating a Marooka footprint rubber track buggy and was traveling diagonally down the side of a hill. The vehicle turned over and Employee #1 was ejected and partially crushed under the vehicle. Employee #1 was killed.
