Employee Fractures Arm in Fall from Table

At approximately 12:45 p.m. on August 7, 2013, an employee stood on a wooden table, three feet by five feet, to screw a four inch by four inch piece of wood overhead while engaged in the construction of a workstation. The employee stepped back and fell approximately three feet to the ground. The employee was hospitalized and treated for a fractured right arm.
