Investigation Summary
On October 12, 2011, Employee #1, a clerk at a convenience store, was operating the cash register behind the counter, which was protected by a bulletproof glass shield with a sliding, bulletproof glass gate. An unidentified person came into the store in a robbery attempt, and shot her behind the counter. A total of $102.00 was stolen, as well as the Employee #1's cell phone. She died from her injuries the following day.
