Employee Fractures Skull in Fall from Wooden Counter

At approximately 11:30 a.m. on October 20, 2009, an employee, a teacher, used a chair to access the 3 feet high wooden counter. The employee was standing on top of the counter putting something on the bulletin board when she lost her balance. The employee fell on her face. The employee was hospitalized at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, Colton, Ca for 30 day and treated for fractured skull.
