Employee Is Killed When Runover by Trailer

At approximately 10:30 a.m. on February 2, 2009, Employee #1 was walking from the driver's office at the delivery location back to his tractor-trailer, while talking on a cell phone. Employee #1 did not see a yard tractor backing a 53-ft trailer. As Employee #1 walked behind the trailer, he was caught under the right rear tires of the backing trailer unit and was killed.
