Employee Dies from Enlarged Heart

At approximately 2:50 p.m. on February 24, 2009, Employee #1 was found by his supervisor. He had been waiting for the buildings department inspector. Employee #1 had died. The medical examiners report revealed that the employee "died from sudden death due to his enlarged heart."
