Employee Is Struck and Killed by Harvesting Vehicle

On December 31, 2008, Employee #1 was harvesting oranges when a high lift truck loaded with oranges ran over him. The high lift operator got out of the truck and found Employee #1 lying under the right front tire. The operator called the paramedics who provided medical attention but Employee #1 did not recover consciousness and died.
