Employee Is Killed in Fall from Roof

At approximately 10:43 a.m. on January 8, 2007, an employee was performing masonry work. He fell approximately 72 feet from the roof and was killed. At the time of the accident, the employee was wearing a harness. There was no record that the employee was trained in the recognition of fall hazards. The employee was working alone at the time of the accident, and there were no witnesses.
