Employee Slips and Falls from Second Level

At approximately 12:30 PM, on August 2, 2011 Employee #1 of California Framing Construction, was performing carpentry work construction of a new single family home. Employee #1 was framing the structure of this residential unit as he was laying out the joist and joist blocks. Employee #1 missed a step, slipped and fell at an approximate height of nine and a half to ten feet on to the interior hall way floor of this home. Employee #1 fractured his right wrist and was transported to Stanford Hospital where he was hospitalized in excess of 24 hours.
