Tree Trimmer Falls from Tree and Suffers Concussion

On January 9, 2007, an employee fell while trimming poison oak off a tree. There were no witnesses to the accident, and the injured employee could not be contacted. Consequently, it could not be determined if the employee was working on a ladder or from a branch. The employee was hospitalized with a concussion.
