Dump truck tips over on truck killing truck driver

On August 27, 2004, an employee sat in the cab of his truck. Next to him was a tractor trailer type dump truck discharging its contents. The dump truck became unstable and tipped over. The bed of the dump struck the cab of the stationary truck, killing the driver.
