Employee Falls from Ladder and Later Dies

At approximately 6:30 p.m. on April 11, 2007, Employee #1, along with two coworkers and a supervisor were repairing a skylight on a flat roof. Employee #1 was descended a fixed fire escape ladder when he fell approximately 30 ft to the ground. Employee #1 was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead.
