Employee Is Injured in Fall from Roof

On March 4, 2004, Employee #1 was installing and nailing down plywood sheathing on a roof with a slope of 8 to 12 ratio. As he was near the eve of the sloped roof, moving on to the next sheet form securing, he slipped and fell off the roof. Employee #1 was taken to a nearby medical facility, where he was hospitalized and treated for multiple internal injuries.
