Employee Is Injured When Struck by Forklift

At approximately 12:16 p.m. on October 2, 2006, Employee #1 was working for R & R Plaster at a construction site where he was applying lathe and plaster to the exterior of a building. He was working on the ground level and stepped backwards into the street to move a hose. He was injured when he was struck by a forklift when it rounded the corner. The forklift was a Princeton Model Number PB50. It was being operated by an employee of Roofing Wholesale. Employee #1 was hospitalized for unspecified fractures.
