Employee Is Killed When Run over by Rail Car

On March 4, 2005, Employee #1 and a coworker of the grain inspecting firm were gathering up the samples taken from rail cars when they were told the train was going to be moved. The employees decided to stay on top of the train while it moved and continued to retrieve the samples taken. Employee and a coworker were walking west while the train was traveling east. When stepping across the cars, Employee #1 fell between the cars and was run over and dragged by the rail car. Employee #1 was killed.
