Employee crushed by falling equipment

Some employees were loading a Genie Manlift Model Number AWP36S, pushing the lift from the dock to a truck for transport. Using equipment not suited for the task. Employee #1 sustained broken ribs, internal injuries, and a crushed pelvis when a piece of equipment fell on him. He was hospitalized for his injuries.
