Employee Fractures Arm When Caught in Running Shaker Table

At approximately 7:30 p.m. on October 27, 2000, Employee #1 was performing normal job duties as a sanitation worker by washing off the back end system #2 at the shaker table/chiller. The employee reached down and used her right arm to retrieve a chicken wing, while the machine was running. She received tendon, vessel and nerve damage and also a fracture to her right arm.
