Employee injured in fall while taking down shelves

On December 5, 2001, Employee #1 was assisting in taking down shelves. When one of the shelves would not come out easily, he mounted the shelf next to the one that was stuck and attempted to kick the support out from under it. In the process Employee #1 kicked the support out from underneath himself, resulting in his falling and suffering a fracture.
