Employee injures wrist in slip and fall

At approximately 3:00 a.m. on December 21, 2003, Employee #1, the operator of a Branson sonic welding machine in the clean room of a facility that manufactured plastic injection molded medical devices, was walking down the walkway behind machines #36 and #37 when she slipped on the floor and fractured her wrist. She was hospitalized.
