ELECTRIC SHOCK - FAULTY UTILIZATION EQUIPMENT

AN EMPLOYEE WAS USING A 120-VOLT STEAM JENNY TO CLEAN HYDRAULIC FLUID FROM A CRANE OPERATING PLATFORM. THE EMPLOYEE NEEDED TO ADJUST THE CONTROLS FOR THE AMOUNT OF CLEANING COMPOUND THAT IS PROVIDED. AS THE EMPLOYEE CONTACTED THE ADJUSTMENT HANDLE, WHICH HAD BECOME ENERGIZED, HE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
