Employee injured in fall from ladder

On November 15, 1999, Employee #1 was climbing down an unsecured ladder leaning upon a wall when it became unstable. The instability of the ladder occurred because its lower portion slid from the wall. The employee fell hitting the concrete and receiving dermal injuries to his back from the impact.
