Employee #1 climbed into an excavation 3-ft-long by 1-ft-wide by 7-ft- deep to repair a buried air line. The sides of excavation caved in burying Employee #1 up to his neck. Employee #1 suffered bruises, contusions and abrasions, but was not hospitalized.
