Employee Fractures Foot When Run over by Forklift

On August 24, 2007, Employee #1, an inmate at a prison correction center work camp, walked up to a forklift truck that was carrying a cabinet on a pallet on the forks. While Employee #1 was reaching out to steady the cabinet as it was being carried, the front tire of the forklift truck ran over Employee #1's right foot. He fractured two bones in his right foot.
