Employee Falls Off Extension Ladder

On August 10, 2004, Employee #1, a maintenance worker, was dusting glass windows in front of his place of employment when he fell from an extension ladder. The ladder was extended to 17 ft. It is estimated that Employee #1 fell approximately 12 ft to 14 ft. Employee #1 died as a result of his injuries.
