Employee killed when run over by truck

Employee #1 was driving a delivery truck for his employer. He stopped to make a delivery and left the truck running and out of gear. The truck began to roll, and when Employee #1 tried to jump in and stop it, he was run over by the rear wheels. Employee #1 was killed.
