Employee injured when burned by pot of boiling soup

Employee #1 is a chef. He was carrying a large cooking pot of boiling soup, and slipped on a wet floor. As he fell, the soup spilled over his right leg and arm, resulting in severe second and third-degree burns. He was hospitalized for six days and underwent continuous skin grafting procedures.
