Employee Is Struck by Piping and Receives Head Injuries

On April 6, 2012, Employee #1 was winding a 3 in. high-density polyethylene pipe. As he wound the piping, it sprung back and struck him in his head. He sustained unspecified head injuries. Employee #1 was transported to a medical center. At the medical center, Employee #1 received treatment and was released within three hours.
