Employee injured in fall from scaffold

Employee #1 was assembling a scaffold structure. He was standing on the second level, approximately 13 feet from ground level, handling a plank, when he lost his footing. He fell to the ground, striking his head on a wheelbarrow and landing on his back in the dirt. He suffered bruises and contusions to his head and back.
