Employee fractures leg in fall from roof

Employee #1, of W.F. Custom, Inc., was working on the roof of a house under construction in Gilbert, AZ. As he was installing a fascia board to the edge of the roof, the fascia board came loose and fell. Employee #1 lost his balance and fell 20 feet to the ground, fracturing his leg.
