Employee falls off stepstool while installing insulation

Employee #1 was standing on a 30-inch stepstool installing insulation in the ceiling of a dwelling unit when he lost his balance and fell. When he fell he struck a stack of drywall, resulting in a sprain to his back. He was treated and released with no permanent disability or disfigurement. No citation was issued.
