Employee's fingernail torn off in trailer hitch
At approximately 10:30 p.m. on June 7, 1991, Employee #1 was lubricating the hitch on a trailer that had been rented to a customer. His middle finger became pinched in the trailer hitch, resulting in the loss of his fingernail. Employee #1 was taken to Memorial Hospital, where he was treated and released.
