Employee's arm fractured in dough mixer

Employee #1, of M.C. Wholesalers, reached into the revolving crankshaft of a dough divider to free some caked-up flour. His right arm became caught in the crankshaft and was severely fractured. He was hospitalized for 5 days. The crankshaft guard was not in place.
