Employee injured in fall from ramp

Employee #1 was pushing a wheelbarrow containing earth across an approximately 30 in. wide ramp that was elevated 4 ft above the floor. He lost control of the wheelbarrow and, while trying to regain control, fell from the ramp to the floor. Employee #1 was hospitalized for 1 1/2 days.
