Employee killed in fall when dismounting front end loader

At approximately 6:50 a.m. on March 8, 1991, Employee #1 was operating a Bobcat front end loader in the foundry room. While dismounting the Bobcat, he apparently fell against a pivot bearing on the front loader. He suffered massive internal injuries and dies shortly thereafter. There were no witnesses to the accident.
