Employee dies after falling from roof while cleaning gutters

Employee #1 was standing on a lower level roof as he proceeded to reach up and clean debris from an upper level gutter. He was apparently looking upward as he moved to the left. Because the upper level extended beyond the lower building's roof where he was standing, he did not realize he was at the edge of the roof. He fell approximately 11 feet to the concrete deck adjacent to the building. Employee #1 died.
