EMPLOYEE KILLED IN FALL FROM ROOF

Employee #1 finished installing flashing around vents in metal roof and jumped from a 20 ft high roof of corrugated steel to a roof made of corrugated asbestos 4 ft below. The asbestos roof could not withstand the impact and Employee #1 fell through the asbestos roof to the concrete below fracturing his skull. Employee #1 was killed.
