Employee killed when crushed by overturned skidder

Employee #1 was using a skid loader to pull a cut tree uphill. The tree shifted and the skidder made an unusual noise and rolled seven or eight times down the hill. Employee #1, who was not wearing a safety belt, was thrown from the cage in which he was riding and was crushed to death when the skidder overturned on him.
