Investigation Summary
At approximately 7:45 p.m. on April 25, 1992, Employee #1 was climbing a rope ladder to a suspended platform approximately 45 ft above the ground. He was to operate the spotlights for a rock concert. As he neared the top of the ladder, he apparently lost his grip and fell to the arena's concrete floor. He was killed.
