Employee injured when pinned by wall against foundation

A crew of construction workers was installing approximately 4,000 to 4,500 lb precast sections of concrete to the foundation of a single home. The first and second sections were not bolted at the top and bottom. During the installation of the third section, the wall broke loose and pinned Employee #1 against the side of the foundation hole. He suffered multiple injuries and was hospitalized.
