Employee injured when caught between truck and loader

Employee #1 was standing at the rear of a 1993 Mack trash truck tightening the right rear turnbuckle. At the same time, a Caterpillar 980C front end loader, serial number 63X09227, owned and operated by the Pulaski Company, was backing up. The right rear wheel of the front end loader backed into Employee #1, pinning him between that right rear wheel and the right rear wheel of the trash truck. He was hospitalized for his injuries.
