Employee dies after falling through open window

Employee #1 was doing prep work prior to painting in a second story bedroom of a home. Employee #1 had been instructed and was chalking and cleaning along the floor baseboard, approximately 12 in. from the floor. Employee #1 somehow fell through an open window approximately 12 ft on to a concrete floor in front of the garage door. He died.
